Terms and Conditions
- Refunds, exchanges or changes are NOT available on pre-booked tickets.
- Cambrian Heritage Railways will do its utmost to ensure that trains operate on time, but makes NO guarantees of this, and accepts NO liability for any delay to the service or any inconvenience which may be caused.
- If Cambrian Heritage Railways cancel a train due to unforeseen circumstances, the cost of the tickets WILL be refunded in full. Cambrian Heritage Railways will NOT be liable for any other costs.
- Cambrian Heritage Railways WILL do its utmost to ensure that the motive power listed on the timetable is in use on the day of travel, however this CANNOT be guaranteed. While we appreciate that this may be disappointing, Cambrian Heritage Railways accepts NO liability if it is necessary to use alternative motive power on the day.
- If a customer fails to arrive in time for the departure of their booked train, Cambrian Heritage Railways will NOT refund any monies paid for the ticket. We WILL endeavour to accommodate the customer on another train, but CANNOT guarantee that this will be possible. Cambrian Heritage Railways accept NO liability if there is no suitable alternative service.
- If a customer is unable to travel on their booked service due to exceptional circumstances (such as severe weather or illness), Cambrian Heritage Railways do NOT offer a refund or replacement tickets. Under such circumstances, a voucher equal to the travel cost of the ticket will be offered valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- Tickets booked through the website are delivered to the customer by email in the form of an e-ticket. The customer must present this e-ticket to the booking office staff on arrival and train tickets will be issued. The e-ticket can be presented as a paper print out, or on a mobile phone or tablet, and must include the QR code. The confirmation email alone is not valid unless the e-tickets are also presented.
- Tickets booked through the website are valid ONLY for the event named on the ticket. The value of unused tickets can NOT be carried over to another date, and their value CANNOT redeemed against the cost of another ticket.
- The on-site staff are NOT able to vary these terms and conditions.
- By booking tickets in advance through the Cambrian Heritage Railways web site, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed above.
