Many thanks to Bob who runs the car park at the Museum as well many other fantastic jobs around the place as he’s undertaken a sleeper count!
We weren’t sure exactly how many sleepers would need replacing between Oswestry and Middleton Road Bridge but we do know – 164!

Well, the project map of the first section of the CHR restoration plan has just been put up on the wall – it covers from Oswestry Station up as far as Gas Works Bridge – and things are starting to buzz a bit here in old Oz!
